Spreading Some Sunshine Across the Country

It’s always a thrill to find one of my titles on a state award list, to know that young readers themselves will be diving in to read and evaluate the title in question! For 2023-2024, my novel Sunshine is on the list for the Charlie May Simon Book Award (Arkansas) and the Iowa Children’s Choice Award.
